Do you ever wonder what it would be like if every one were bald? The first shocking thought most people have is “yuck, that would be nasty.” Not too many people consider the opposite gender “sexy” when they lack hair. Finding Hair Growth Remedies to stop hair loss are far and wide. You just have to find the one that is right for you.

One of the ways many people decide to go is with a doctor who specializes in hair regrowth. If this is the way you choose then so be it. No one is trying to change your mind. But, doctor visits, prescriptions and various other services will get into costing you several hundreds of dollars. If you are on a budget, you may want to experiment with the natural remedies.

Peppermint and spearmint washes are very good for your hair. You can either purchase the oil or the tea bags from your local health food store. If you can not find any at the store, take time to browse the Internet and you will find many businesses willing to serve you. Place the oil or tea bags in warm water. If you are using tea bags you must steep the tea bags (two per cup) for about ten minutes. Once the steeping is done you simply wash this concoction through your mane.

If you are using the oil, two or three drops in a cup of water is enough for your wash. Just be sure not to get it in the eyes. Always massage the scalp, gently, so as to stimulate circulation. You can use this mixture before or after the shampoo. This is totally up to you.

Not many people are familiar with the fact that high blood pressure and diabetes will take a toll on your hair growth. Getting your blood pressure and sugar in control will greatly help your chances of encouraging hair to grow. Eating a better diet low in salt and white flour products will help you towards your goal, also.

A mayonnaise and beer wash will not smell very good but, it does help in conditioning your hair and scalp. Mix equal parts together and place on your head making sure to massage the scalp and spread this all the way down to the ends. Leave this on for about fifteen minutes, rinse and shampoo as usual. Your mane will thank you for the beauty treatment and encouragement.

Hair Growth Remedies At Home

It is fascinating that so many of us try to remove hair from our bodies and that is well and good. But, there are others of us, who desperately want to grow hair and go to great measures to try to make it happen. There are several Hair Growth Remedies you can do at home with simple ingredients and care.

One thing to do is stop washing your hair too often. Yes, yes, the arguments have been made and unless you are in a manure fight every day, there is no need to wash your head so much. Shampoo has a tendency to strip our scalps of necessary oils which help to condition and strengthen our manes. If you can stand it, only wash about every two to three days.

Hair needs to be pampered, just like your skin. When you wash hair and tangle it into a big wad on top of your head, while shampooing, this does nothing but make your hair a mangled mess. When cleansing the hair, spread a minimal amount of shampoo, with water, from your scalp down to the ends of the strands. Squeeze this through your locks and this is sufficient to cleanse your hair completely. Rinse as usual.

Something you may do before washing your cranium, is take a mixture of one egg yolk, two tablespoons olive oil, and one tablespoon of beer (yes, any beer is fine), and mix this all together in a bowl. Apply this concoction from the top of the head to the ends of the hair, and let it sit for about fifteen minutes. You can rinse it out and shampoo as you usually would.

One other very good home recipe is to take half an avocado and mash it well in a bowl. Once you have finished that, take about half a cup of mayonnaise and mix it well with the avocado. When you are through, take some in your palm, rub your hands together, and work this completely through. Leave this in for about fifteen or twenty minutes and then rinse and shampoo as usual.

Some of these recipes will probably not smell good to you. But, they will only be on your head for a little while and once your hair is cleansed, the smell will only be a memory.
