Hair Growth Remedies

Pls if you have tried them pls let me know if they really work to grow your hair, for new growth and to help them from falling out. And how long does it take to see results.

My hair is a little above my shoulders. i heard it takes about a year to grow 6 inches-_-
i use tips for hair growth like massaging my scalp, trimming my hair, deep condition, all that kind of stuff. i just started a few days ago tho. how much faster will my hair grow using these tips? how long will my hair grow in 3 months? thank you:)
