These are some really good tips - I especially agree with the points about getting enough water and vitamins. It's so important to have a healthy body before you can start to work on having healthy long hair too.

No. Hair growth is controlled by hormones which come from within the body. Anything you put on the outside is not going to affect anything on the inside. That's just not how it works.
Your hair growth was put into place long before you were born. There is a set sequence that is going on and you can't change that very much. Now that the hair has started growing, it is underway. It would have been possible with some medical intervention to control it a few years ago, but now that it is happening, it can't be stopped.
Sorry, but growing up brings with it some undesired changes to the body. That is something you are going to have to accept. There is nothing wrong -- it's just that you (your mind) are not able to grow at the same rate your body is. You can remove the hair (there are many methods possible), if you wanted, but remember that this is only a temporary measure, and the body will do what it has to do, and that is continue to grow hair in places you don't want it. It's much easier to learn to accept it, and learn how to live with it. You are only going to get more frustrated trying to change things that you cannot.

Actually, it wouldn't be as effective. When you spread the hot or cold wax on the hairs, you do it in the direction of the hair growth. So pulling on it in the same direction would do nothing but hurt.

Well, this depends on what you mean by "against the hairgrowth". if you mean, the way the hair naturally lays as being the direction of the hair growth, then you're incorrect. lol. sometimes, you can just yank on it and it'll hurt like heck, but not pull out. I see where you're coming from, but you must pull against the hairgrowth.

i use them they make my hair and nails grow really nice and i think they make my hair grow faster but i also take a multi vitamin. You'll probably see results in a month - not super dramatic change but you will notice that your hair is healthier and grows better

Fruit, veggies, water, and proper care of hair have nothing to do with it's growth rate. Hair growth is genetically determined, even if you do everything to increase it more than likely you will not see any change at all, sorry. Hair is an accumulation of protein inside the follicle. Massaging your scalp does nothing but pull more hairs out, it cannot accelerate hair growth. Because hair is an inanimate strand of protein nothing that you do to it (like trimming or conditioning it) has any effect on it's growth rate. So those are not tips, they are myths, sorry. Hair grows on average 1/2 an inch a month. Boosting your protein intake along with a regular multivitamin is all that you can do, and even then your growth rate will probably stay about the same.
