I have some tips to add(:
Water, Vitamins, Carrots, Green Veggies, Fruit and proper care.Brush before you go to bed and make sure there is no knots. Do the same when you wake up. When using heat, spray heat protector in your hair. Stay clean and don't go to bed with product in your hair or rubber bands. When showering, scrub really hard while shampooing. Makes your follicles grow faster. For your bangs pull them tightly back in a clip. Same goes for hair, pull it tightly back in a ponytail. (Take it out if you get a headache!) I hope this helped you! It helped me!
:) Good luck ! xx Kara
BTW Idk i wish i knew.
Don't take prenatal vitamins if your not pregnant!!

Fruit, veggies, water, and proper care of hair have nothing to do with it's growth rate. Hair growth is genetically determined, even if you do everything to increase it more than likely you will not see any change at all, sorry. Hair is an accumulation of protein inside the follicle. Massaging your scalp does nothing but pull more hairs out, it cannot accelerate hair growth. Because hair is an inanimate strand of protein nothing that you do to it (like trimming or conditioning it) has any effect on it's growth rate. So those are not tips, they are myths, sorry. Hair grows on average 1/2 an inch a month. Boosting your protein intake along with a regular multivitamin is all that you can do, and even then your growth rate will probably stay about the same.
