Is Air Drying Your Hair Good For Hair Growth?

I used to blow dry my hair all the time until I realized it gave me split ends and dryed out hair. Now I let my hair air dry all the time, but I want to let my hair grow long. I was wondering if air drying hair is good for hair growth?

    Well it’s good for the condition of the hair, It dosen’t make it grow any faster, But it keeps the hair in better condition so it dosen’t split and break.

    no it is proven that your hair will grow faster if it is dried naturally rather than using a blow dryer.
