Is there any product out there that actually inhibit or atleast slows down the hair growth (underarms, legs, etc.). Please don’t suggest laser hair removal and etc. its too expensive

i have 9 months old baby girl and have been told by my friends that shaving her head once in every 15 days incereas the hair-density and after some years she will grow silky soft hairs. Is the heridity anything to do with the hair growth and it’s quality. I would like add that i have silky hair. and i want my child to have better hairs than i have. Please comment on this.

I lost the hair on the top of my hair due to radiation and I was wondering if there are any special treatments I can do to promote the hair growth.
Should I wash my hair more or less? Right now I have some dry scalp so I use an all natural itching/dandruff shampoo that has been helping. Also, I wash my head twice a week and use a soft bristle brush to remove the dead skin and stimulate blood flow to my scalp.
Any recommendations?

I recently had my hair cut short and I desperately want it to grow back. After having researched online, I found various products, shampoos and conditioners which claim to increase hair growth. Is anyone aware of this and if so, any ones to recommend?
