Is There A Hair Removal Cream That Removes Or Prevents Future Hair Growth?

I am in my thirties and could probably grow a full beard. I am so tired of getting it waxed and plucked but can not afford laser removal. Does anyone know of any good creams that can help remove hair permanently or even slow the growth?
