Hair Growth Remedies

i have 9 months old baby girl and have been told by my friends that shaving her head once in every 15 days incereas the hair-density and after some years she will grow silky soft hairs. Is the heridity anything to do with the hair growth and it’s quality. I would like add that i have silky hair. and i want my child to have better hairs than i have. Please comment on this.

I’ve heard that rosemary oil promotes hair growth and I would like to try it. Any other tips to promote hair growth would be very helpful.
