i cut my bangs and wanted to be able to have faster hair growth.

I have excessive body hair, I am asian and both of my parents don’t have much body hair. I read somewhere that lack or excess of certain vitamins or minerals increase body hair growth, can you tell me which increase body hair growth so I can avoid them?
